SAKUYA Uploader is a small internal tool. Its only purpose is to let the Operator upload videos that the Operator made to the Operator's own YouTube channels (such as SAKUYA 桜).
This tool uses YouTube API Services.
By using this tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of Google services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Who uses it
Only the Operator uses the tool. It can be used in two ways:
- Command-line tool on the Operator's own computer.
- Private web screen used only by the Operator. It runs on Cloudflare Workers and is protected by Cloudflare Access, which lets only the Operator's own email address sign in. It is not public and no one else can sign in.
The tool is not offered to anyone else and it is not sold. It is used only for the Operator's own channels. The same private web screen is also used by the Operator to post to the Operator's own Instagram accounts. That part does not use YouTube API Services, and no YouTube API data is sent to Instagram.
What it does
- Signs in to the Operator's own Google account with OAuth 2.0 (Google's sign-in and consent screen).
- Uploads a video file to the Operator's channel (
videos.insert): from the Operator's computer (command-line tool), or from the Operator's own storage on Cloudflare (web screen). - Checks that each upload went to the Operator's intended channel. When the web screen is first connected, a setup script on the Operator's computer signs in, uploads one short private test video to confirm the channel, and then stores the encrypted token for the web screen.
- Sets the video's title, description, tags, category, the "not made for kids" setting and the "altered or synthetic content" disclosure (on by default). Both forms also set the language (Japanese).
- Sets the custom thumbnail image (
thumbnails.set) in the command-line tool. - The Operator chooses the visibility of each video: private, unlisted or public (the command-line tool also offers a scheduled publish time). The command-line tool uses private by default. On the web screen, the visibility of each video is pre-filled from the Operator's own posting plan (usually public for Shorts) and is shown, and can be changed, on the same page before the Operator presses the upload button.
What it does not do
- It does not access other people's channels or accounts.
- It does not read, collect or analyze YouTube data such as other videos, comments, viewers or statistics.
- It does not show ads and does not let any third party serve content.
- It stores only a small amount of data: the Operator's own sign-in token (on the Operator's computer, and encrypted in Cloudflare's database for the web screen), the ID of each uploaded video (deleted automatically within 30 days), error messages from failed uploads (deleted within 30 days), the upload address used while an upload is in progress, and the Operator's own video files and post text on Cloudflare. SAKUYA Uploader は、小さな社内用の道具です。運営者が自分で作った動画を、自分の YouTube チャンネル（SAKUYA 桜 など） にアップロードするためだけに使います。
この道具は YouTube API サービスを使用しています。
この道具を使う人は、YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとします。Google のサービスの利用には Google プライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
使う人
この道具を使うのは運営者本人だけです。使い方は次の2つです。
- 運営者のパソコンで動くコマンドの道具
- 運営者だけが使う非公開のウェブ画面。Cloudflare Workers の上で動き、Cloudflare Access で守っています。ログインできるのは運営者本人のメールアドレスだけです。公開しておらず、他の人はログインできません。
他の人には提供も販売もしていません。運営者自身のチャンネルのためだけに使います。同じ非公開のウェブ画面は、運営者が自分の Instagram アカウントに投稿するためにも使います。その部分は YouTube API サービスを使っておらず、YouTube API のデータを Instagram に送ることもありません。
すること
- 運営者本人の Google アカウントに OAuth 2.0（Google のログイン・許可の画面）でログインします。
- 動画ファイルを運営者のチャンネルにアップロードします（
videos.insert）。コマンドの道具では運営者のパソコンから、ウェブ画面では Cloudflare 上の運営者自身の保存場所から送ります。 - アップロード先が運営者の意図したチャンネルかを確かめます。ウェブ画面を最初につなぐ時は、運営者のパソコンの準備用の手順（スクリプト）がログインし、チャンネルを確かめるため短いテスト動画を1本非公開で上げてから、ウェブ画面用に暗号化した鍵を保存します。
- 動画のタイトル・説明・タグ・カテゴリー、「子ども向けではない」の設定、「改変または合成コンテンツ」の開示（既定でオン）を設定します。どちらの形でも言語（日本語）を設定します。
- コマンドの道具では、サムネイル画像も設定します（
thumbnails.set）。 - 公開設定（非公開・限定公開・公開。コマンドの道具では予約公開も）は運営者が1本ずつ選びます。コマンドの道具の既定は非公開です。ウェブ画面では、公開設定は運営者の投稿計画に沿ってあらかじめ入っており（ショートはふつう「公開」）、ボタンを押す前に同じ画面で確かめて変えられます。
しないこと
- 他の人のチャンネルやアカウントには触れません。
- 他の動画・コメント・視聴者・統計などの YouTube のデータを読み取ったり、集めたり、分析したりしません。
- 広告は出さず、第三者がコンテンツを配信することもありません。
- 保存するのは少しだけです。運営者自身のログイン用の鍵（トークン。運営者のパソコンと、ウェブ画面用に Cloudflare のデータベースへ暗号化して保存）、上げた動画の ID（30日以内に自動で削除）、アップロードが失敗した時のエラー文（30日以内に削除）、アップロードの途中で使う送り先のアドレス、Cloudflare 上に置く運営者自身の動画ファイルと投稿の文面です。くわしくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
